AE21 Online, is proud to offer what was the very first Online Florida All-Lines Claims Adjuster Licensing course that satisfies all requirements for obtaining your Florida All-Lines Adjuster license.  Certified by AE21 Incorporated, Florida provider #362988.

This adjuster licensing course is like nothing else on the market as it takes students through an open-book learning process that is divided into five (5) major sections, each filled with relevant learning objectives and real-world adjusting case studies.  Our course material is prepared in a proprietary “reinforced-learning” format designed exclusively by AE21 Online for adjusters and the claims profession.

The course begins with the role of the adjuster in the management of post-loss exposures covered by insurance, quickly moves into the principles of best claims practices, and concludes with practical application of claims analysis and adjustment. The  course not only covers all of the fundamental concepts and practices related to adjusting all lines of property and casualty claims, but also some of the most important Florida-specific insurance laws and regulations related to insurance claims adjusting.

This isn’t just theory, folks.  In this online course, you will actually learn how to handle and properly adjust claims.  You will develop skills that you can immediately use after starting your career in claims.  You’re going to know what to do and why, how to become immediately productive and produce quality work, and you’ll know the right questions to ask when necessary.  After taking the AE21 Online course, you won’t be going in blind...

Step 3: Complete the CCA designation course of study.

Step 4: Secure your license.

You will receive
2 originals of your Letter of Designation (signed in blue ink) approximately 5 - 7 business days after you complete the course.  Please refer to the instructional document above for completing the licensing process.

MAY I FAX MY DESIGNATION LETTER TO THE DFS TO EXPEDITE THE LICENSING PROCESS?
No.  Faxed applications are not acceptable.  You must do it as instructed or you will experience delay and frustration in the process.  (By the way, do not believe anything to the contrary that you may hear, even if from a customer service representative at the DFS itself.  This is a hard and fast rule, and Specialists within the Licensing Department will verify this.)
